Minimal and anchored

Add one anchor in your existing header. The same loader mounts MARCO's compact Connect control there instead of creating a separate site-wide control.

Loader 2.10.2. It waits for user action before opening a wallet. Signals and Quests appear only when the registered application and visitor are eligible.
